This website provides business information and a route to discuss marketing work. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a paid service agreement.
Who operates this website?
Digital Hope Media is operated by Ashish Mehta in Rohtak, Haryana, India. Website enquiries can be sent to Digitalhopemedia@gmail.com.
How should the website be used?
Use the site for lawful business research and enquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or send information you have no authority to disclose. General marketing articles describe a topic; they do not promise a particular result for your business.
When does paid work begin?
A separate proposal or service agreement sets the deliverables, responsibilities, fees, third-party costs and engagement terms. Work requiring payment begins after those terms are accepted. Ad spend, hosting, subscriptions and other provider costs are identified separately. Prices are discussed on a call rather than published here.
Who owns website material and client assets?
Website text, design and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Viewing a testimonial or image does not grant permission to reuse it. Client account ownership, commissioned work and usage rights are specified in the relevant service agreement; no ownership transfer is created by a website visit.
What limitations apply to information and external links?
We aim to keep business information current, but platform features and articles can change. Search engines, advertising platforms and AI systems control their own outputs; no ranking, citation, lead volume or revenue is guaranteed. External booking, social and map services have their own terms and privacy notices.
How are website questions handled?
Contact Digital Hope Media if information appears inaccurate or a link fails. Any service dispute is addressed under the separate engagement agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
