Frequently asked questions

Working together

How do I start?

Send your website and the marketing problem you want to solve, or book the 30-minute Calendly conversation with Ashish. Include your priority offer and the action that matters: an enquiry, purchase or booking. You do not need to choose every channel before the first discussion; the audit helps establish the starting point.

How long does the initial audit take?

The initial audit is returned within two working days. Share the website and enough context to identify the relevant offer and journey. Implementation follows a separate scope and access discussion. An audit turnaround is not a deadline for rankings, campaign results or completion of a website build.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with Ashish Mehta, founder of Digital Hope Media. He has 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including work before the roles listed from 2020 onward. The proposal names the responsibilities and approvals needed for your engagement so you know which decisions remain with your business.

Do you work outside Rohtak?

Digital Hope Media is based in Rohtak, Haryana, and works remotely with Indian and international businesses. Calls, spreadsheet reports and account roles support remote delivery. Marketing coverage for a local client must reflect that client’s actual operations; working remotely does not imply a physical office in every location.

What contract length and notice apply?

Those terms belong in the proposal before paid work starts. A website project and ongoing campaign management can have different milestones and obligations. Do not infer a minimum contract from the audit turnaround or the reporting frequency published on this site.

What access is needed for onboarding?

Access depends on the channel: a CMS role for website changes, search and analytics properties for measurement, or an advertising account role for campaign work. Use an invitation with the required permissions rather than sending passwords through the form. The scope should identify who can approve publication, spend and business facts.

Pricing and scope

Where can I find your prices?

Pricing is discussed on a call; Digital Hope Media does not publish a price list. The proposal identifies the tasks and responsibilities so you can assess the scope before committing. Bring the website, priority service and current constraints to the conversation instead of assuming one package fits every business.

Is advertising spend included in the agency fee?

Advertising spend is a separate cost from agency management unless a proposal explicitly states otherwise. Platform charges, hosting, apps and subscriptions should also be identified separately. Ask who pays each provider and who approves budget changes; a management quote alone does not describe the whole cost of running a campaign.

How are project and ongoing fees structured?

The pricing model needs to match whether the work is a defined build or continued management. The conversation establishes the work before a paid proposal. No published “starting from” amount or automatic commitment is created by booking a strategy call.

What deliverables will the proposal name?

Expect the pages, campaigns or content work covered, required inputs, approval responsibilities and reporting questions to be identified. Revisions and integrations need their own limits. Examples on service pages show the type of checklist or planning record used; they are illustrative formats, not a promised quantity or a client result.

Reporting

How often do you report?

Reporting is weekly or monthly via a spreadsheet, with a call to discuss it if needed. The rhythm should suit the work and be recorded in the engagement scope. Updates connect completed changes with the relevant measures and next action, rather than presenting every platform number as a business outcome.

What will the spreadsheet explain?

It should identify the reporting period, work completed, relevant channel measures and the next decision. Conversion definitions and tracking changes belong beside the figures. For leads, distinguish submitted forms from contactable and suitable enquiries. For purchases, consider returns and commercial context instead of interpreting attributed revenue as profit.

How do you judge whether leads are good?

Agree the qualification criteria with the business before assessing volume. Location, service fit, eligibility or purchase intent can change which enquiries matter. Reconcile the platform or website action with the records your team maintains. A cheap lead is not automatically successful if it cannot be contacted or does not match the offer.

Services

How long does SEO take to affect search results?

Implementation and search-engine reassessment are separate stages. Technical fixes can be checked after deployment, while indexing and competitive visibility change as search systems revisit pages. Review comparable query and page groups over time. No agency can promise a first-page ranking date; the audit prioritises changes that can actually be implemented.

What does a Google Ads audit check?

It reviews search terms or campaign targeting, conversion actions, advertisement relevance and landing destinations. The business’s qualified action guides interpretation: a campaign form total needs checking against suitable enquiries. Access and budget approvals are agreed before changes; advertising spend is separate from the management work described in the proposal.

What does a Meta Ads review examine?

It checks the offer, creative variants, audience settings, destination and measurement. A product demonstration and a price-led image test different messages. The next test should name its hypothesis and qualification criteria. Lead quality or purchase context matters alongside clicks, so a high engagement rate alone does not decide the outcome.

What is included in local SEO?

The initial review checks profile facts, relevant service and location information, contact links and the customer enquiry path. Reviews should reflect real experiences, and published locations should reflect actual operations. A storefront and a service-area business have different listing requirements; the business model must be confirmed before exposing an address.

Can I edit a WordPress website after handover?

The editing model should be agreed during the build. Elementor or native WordPress editing can suit different needs; theme layout changes may still require a developer. The handover should explain which content the administrator can edit. Maintenance, additional integrations and ongoing SEO management need a scope beyond a one-time launch.

What must I provide for a Shopify build?

Supply approved product details, images, variants, prices, stock information and business policies. The catalogue, theme and integrations determine the project. Staff permissions and app fees should be reviewed before implementation. Your store’s subscription and third-party services are identified separately from the agency’s build or management responsibilities.

How are social posts approved?

The calendar should name the topic, format, assets and approval owner before publishing. Your business confirms product claims, offers and permission to use customer images. Organic social publishing and paid campaigns are separate scopes unless both are explicitly included in the proposal.

Data and ownership

Who should own the marketing accounts?

The business should retain ownership of its domain, hosting, store and platform accounts, using roles to grant the access required for agreed tasks. Avoid opening a key account under an unrelated personal identity. The proposal should explain account setup and handover responsibilities before access is granted or subscriptions are added.

Who owns content and creative work?

Usage rights and ownership for commissioned work belong in the service agreement. Supplied client assets remain subject to their existing rights, and permission is needed for customer photos or testimonials. Viewing an image or testimonial on this website does not grant reuse permission.

Can I reject analytics and still enquire?

Yes. Rejecting optional analytics leaves the website and enquiry options usable. The consent choice concerns website measurement, while the form separately requires permission to contact you about the submitted enquiry. Use the footer analytics preferences to change your choice, and read the privacy policy for external booking and map connections.

AI search

Can you guarantee an AI citation?

No. A platform selects its answer and sources. A citation review records exact prompts, platform context and observed URLs, then checks the accuracy of source pages. A mention without a link is logged separately. Repeat observations support a review but do not prove permanent inclusion or sales caused by that answer.

Does Google require llms.txt?

Google’s AI feature guidance says no special AI text file is required. This website offers llms.txt as an optional directory for other tools, without claiming a Google ranking benefit. Crawlable pages, accurate content and the platform’s normal search requirements remain the foundation; a separate file does not replace them.
